Maybe some people came in at the wrong time. When I went in here they were changing shifts and I was still really impressed by how attentive they were and how smoothly they traded off. Both of the ladies who helped me were very nice and helpful.

An excellent selection of hair, and other beauty products. I love their hair decorations and clips. The staff can ignore you though.

This is my favorite beauty supply store and I'll tell you why. The customer service is incredibly uncomfortable. This entire store is always changing so things are never where you last left them from a previous visit. And more importantly everything is overpriced. They are ourselves that very from time to time, but overall everything is extremely high-priced for no reason. Parking is scarce and tight. There really is no restrooms available to the public.
