i felt guilty unnecessarily slandering this location in my review of the n. vermont ave store; neither franchise is responsible for the worst strip malls in hollywood housing them. while the customer service left much to be desired many years ago lately (particularly deep in the pandemic) this place did everything right with safety and occupancy. i pretty much pop in or return online orders but happy to say i no longer loathe visiting this location. things always seem to be in stock and the employees are likely overwhelmed yet friendly. thanks!

A nice, bright, well-organized Sally's. I was in on a Friday, near closing, and it was pretty near immaculate. Their COVID-19 precautions are easy to work with, but seem really protective at the same time (everyone wears masks and staff basically stand behind a plastic barrier unless they need to retrieve something from the sales floor). Overall it was a very chill shopping experience; I spent longer than I technically needed to in there and nobody was mad about it, even me.

I was insulted by one of the employees here, and then given incorrect information. Really not concerned about being told the wrong thing, but I did not appreciate the rudeness or inaccuracy of the response. The employee that looks like Him from Power Puff Girls asked me if I needed help. I said I couldn’t remember if a certain product required heat or not. This employee then stood up of their 7 inch platforms, put their hand on their hip, and proceeded to lurch over me and say “lemme guess, you want to get that cheap black dye that you got at cvs out of your hair.” I told that employee that I got the black dye from Sally. To be frank, I’ve only used sally products for years, but I won’t anymore because of this interaction.

Jovana, Myra and Antonia were great and helped me with buying a hair brush. My old brush I lost, so this new brush is a must. Love it and also love the shampoo they sale. Great customer service and fast. Happy ladies and positive vibes.
