I’ve been here three times. Each time they are incredibly disorganized. The person taking fingerprints shouts into the hallway to ask who is next. Shouldn’t they know that? Shouldn’t they be working off the list according to people’s appointment times? If you come here, plan to wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment time in order to be seen. This place really needs to get their stuff together! What a mess.

My covid-19 results never got emailed to me…it’s been 5 days (got tested Tuesday and it’s currently Sunday). Paid for 48-hr test and they let me know and asked me if it was ok that the test took 72 hrs. I said it was ok but now it’s past 72 hours and I still haven’t received my results—just a few emails asking to rate them. Maybe the tests will come on Monday? If you’re looking for a time sensitive test, this is unfortunately not the place and not worth the money.

I had a very pleasant experience at ARCpoint Labs on S Robertson Blvd. The phlebotomist was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing. The receptionist was very courteous and accommodating. The service was efficient and quick. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I will definitely go there the next time I need a blood draw.

Service was fast. The actual sample collection took less than 10 minutes. However I wasted 15 minutes trying to email them the appointment email that came from their own company. That took 3 tries and 15 minutes for something they dont even need.
