This place used to be really good! The girls there do not answer calls and they do not return calls. I will be leaving this place in taking my business somewhere else. I do not recommend this place for a new diagnosed person.

Everyone is polite and has kind voices. When I walked in, I felt a little overlooked, no one said anything until I asked but they are all so sweet and inviting with fun personalities. You may have to wait a little or a lottle, but it is a free service and that's really special. Go get tested friends!

The front desk staff have always been patient and kind in assisting me with any issues I had. Jesse in the Pharmacy is excellent in helping me get the meds I need and explaining any guestions I may have. I really appreciate their help especially during these stressful times. 🙏 Thank You

I've been a patient of AHF Hollywood at least since 2004. And somehow the quality care of this facility is going worse everyday. From the wait time that takes longer, to the no-clue staffs that obviously disorganized in dealing with patients (ex: they lost track of the patients), to cancelling appointments of their own discretion, no one answering the phones, and at some extent-rudeness. Perhaps, I understand the facts that the staffs must deal with wide variety of patients. But, that's not an excuse for bad quality of care. It's their job. What puzzle me though, AHF Hollywood always gets "good" reviews annually supposedly from their patients.
