Used to be a nice pharmacy. Now the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made me wait close to 1 hour for perscription ordered 3 days ago. PHARMACY MANAGER BRYAN ADRIAZOLA is totaly incompetent. Tried to charge me $585.00 thats right $585.00 for a $25.02 perscription. Ask phamacist to check Good RX price. To lazy to look up price on internet. He claims he can't look it up because the store has no internet. Total lie. Never apologized to be òr my wife for his poor behavior. AVOID THIS PHARMACY.

Worst pharmacist ever, I brought a discount card for my prescription and she told me that my coupon was “garbage” I was so surprised of her language and how agresiva she was talking to me. She told me to transfer my prescription and walk away.

For years, our prescriptions were at Walgreens. However, even before the pandemic, we saw Walgreens corporate office consistently downsize the staff in the pharmacy. Many, many times I would go to pick up medications, only to find the pharmacy staffed by 2 or 3 people who were doggedly working to answer several incoming phone lines, attend to the drive-up window, take care of customers inside the store, and fill prescriptions. Several times, I called corporate customer service and complained. I explained that the staff is NOT at fault because they are dedicated people. Each time, I would go to the pharmacy to find an extra "temp" person for a couple of days and then things went back to the status quo. I finally decided to transfer all of my prescriptions to Publix Pharmacy. What a difference this made! The staff in the pharmacy tirelessly work to help the customers and it is very obvious that Publix takes care of its employees. I also have a physician friend who recommends to his patients that they consider Publix because they are less expensive for many medications and give more personal service than the large chains, Walgreens and CVS. Publix also has a convenient app for Android and iPhone which allows patients to request refills, transfer prescriptions from other pharmacies, etc. Patients can also set up a "family" account so that all family members are in one place. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at Publix Pharmacy and, in particular, this store's pharmacy. Anyone fed up with poor service at the major chain pharmacies should give Publix a try.
