The entire team is so friendly and comforting. They definitely let you know what you could be doing wrong but there is no shaming that comes along with it. They are all very willing to help you out the best they can and won’t let you leave without making sure you understand what your treatment plan is. Heidi, the treatment coordinator l, is so kind and beyond helpful. She is more than happy to help negotiate prices and help you prioritize the work you need with the budget you have. All around, great experience.

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR INSURANCE! They say they accept most insurances but dont even check them when they want to bill you. They don't try to help you get the most of your insurance and go right away with payment options. We almost ended it up paying for more than $6k for an emergency root canal including medication and thankfully I took the time and called the insurance and got the root canal and medication for free. When I asked the manager she said she wanted to avoid us getting the root canal somewhere else and that's why she didn't offer that option. I'm very disappointed to know they are interested in making money more then sincerely help their patients. I tried my best to work with them asking for options and nothing they said gave me the trust to go back. The place is nice and clean. Expect to be waiting there for hours, in both occasions we waited 3+ hrs.

Went in there because I had a cavity in my tooth just one side. They took forever to take me in even with an appointment. After about an hour and a half of being there the lady was adding up the total cost idk how she came up with 12,000 dollars total that’s with insurance 🤭😂… no manches I just want my tooth filled not a new mouth. Ridiculous! Just charged my insurance for the exam never going here again that’s for sure. I’m sure they don’t care about this review but I’m letting people know how shady these people are.

Every time my daughter and I have arrived at our appointment (on time by the way), we have to wait 1-1 1/2 hours to be seen. Just for the dentist to see us for less than 5 minutes. The 1st visit, the dentist literally stayed for 1 min. The only reason I go, it's because of my insurance and because my daughter doesn't have high dental needs. But get ready to wait for a long time.
