Dr made me feel very comfortable about my root canal and put me at ease right away. He works quickly and efficiently, explaining each step of the process. Dr. Latner and his team do a great job. Both my wife and I went to Dr. Latner for routine dental cleanings and the occasional crown or filling when we lived in LA (2009-2012). He and his staff were always friendly and professional and they did a good job explaining whatever they were doing once you were in the dentist chair (cleaning, measuring, or whatever). They listened to our concerns, offered suggestions and options, but never pressured us into any procedure we didn't want or need. Scheduling was always easy. I think my wife had to cancel an appointment once or twice, but was always able to reschedule within a few days. The check-in/waiting area is nice (cookies and coffee are a plus!) though I never waited long after checking in. I would definitely recommend Dr. Latner to my friends, and if we ever move back to the west side of LA, I would be happy to go back to him.
