I've had to replace my battery twice a year and usually get great customer service and help. They take my battery out and put the new one in, simple. Today was a different story I had to take my own battery out after it was tested, then after charging told it was dead. Came back in to replace the battery and was just handed the battery with no help again. Don't get me wrong I know how to change my own battery but to top it off there was no one in the store! I dropped the nut, my fault, and went back in to ask if they had replacement nut and bolt for securing cables and was told whatever we have is in aisle 5. As they were all sitting on the floor ignoring me and refusing to ask if I needed help. I had to finally say can anyone actually help me fix this issue and was directed to a different aisle. So frustrating since they are usually very nice but not today.

I just needed a code reader for my van to see what the emergency light was. The manager wasn't incredibly helpful but one of the employees explained to me how to use their particular code reader. I gave it five stars because of the employee. Also because they had the code reader that I could borrow which saved me $40 or $50.

I came in to get a new headlight bulb hoping they could also change it for me. Anthony M said he'd try and had it changed in under 2 minutes. He then pointed out the other side wasn't working and took an extra few minutes to change that side as well. I really appreciate him taking his time and saving me the hassle of making a repair appointment somewhere else. I'll definitely be back for future needs!
