We arrived at 07:15 for a 07:30 appointment and their check in kiosk said we were 10 minutes late and cancelled our appointment. We notified staff about it and she gave us attitude during the check in process. She kept spelling our name wrong even if the ID is in front of her and she rudely said with a tone “next time use the code.”

After checking in I only had a few minute wait. Adriana the plebotomist was excellent

Staff is so nice!!! I think his name was Ben, but literally him and another gentlemen made me feel like I didn't wait at all. I did wait a while but I didn't have an appointment or anywhere to go so it wasn't a big deal. All these people complaining about the wait; get over yourself. Its a global pandemic and they have to constantly disinfect everything for us.

For more than 24 hours I tried to schedule online an appointment for blood test. But the new program does not work. Six moths ago there was no problem scheduling. Do not understand why the system that was working was replaced with the new nonworking one. Scheduling by phone did not work either. Automated answering system became dumb asking me to wait. Then I called the Billing and got one gentleman who tried but was not successful either. I was told that the online system will be operating in an hour, but I doubt it.
