Since a friend of a friend who sadly is no longer with us lives there are supposed that I like this place but one can't help but wonder if Bella Vista Apartments could use just a spot of luck or Ambience perhaps a Chromecast thing

Do not believe so.On high st yes.Subsidized housing .Apply at high st. For 3 locations.Waiting list 1-3 years.good luck.
