I can’t say enough about Roy’s Cyclery. I was on an evening ride on the Pacific Trail and had two flat tires and me with only one tube. I went by Roy’s in hopes that they were still open so that I could make it back home. No luck, given the hour. I thought what my next plan was and a vehicle pulled up. It was the owner of Roy’s and he explained that he was closed and what was I in need of. Long story short, he replaced the popped tube with a new tube, at no charge and after hours, and I was back on my way home. I can’t thank him enough for being so kind.

The staff at Roys continue to provide me with excellent service on my one year old Giant Escape. Brought it in for a tune up and Mike and crew did a great job! My bike is running smooth and it feels better than the when I first purchased it. Check them out and also don’t make the same mistake as I did and wait to long to service your bike.

The best bike shop in the city! Or maybe the best bike shop around SoCal! John and other guys right here are really friendly. John helped me out with my road bike. They also have a lot of inventory. 5 stars recommend!

I have been going to Roy’s for quite some time for parts and tuneups. Their service is top notch and many a time they would not even charge me for an adjustment on my road bike. Today, I finally bought a new road bike, and am so happy with the purchase from Roy’s. I got a new Specialized Roubaix, size 54. Thank you Roy’s
