I had a good experience with this company. They upgraded my order to a new model for free which I thought was great and they got my paperwork to me right away when I filled out the online request form. Shipping did take a bit, but I assumed that would be the case going in (4 weeks from the time I ordered). They were responsive through email only (1 day) to any questions I had and kept me up to date on the order status. Makes me wonder about some of the people writing these negative reviews.

I ordered a tao tao 150cc scooter. The scooter physically arrived in 10 days, paperwork needed to register in NYS (MCO and bill of sale) took quite awhile. All in all 6 weeks from order placed until I had documentation necessary to register. I did not pay for expedited processing which may have helped. Seller was responsive to emails but no luck reaching by telephone. Scoot runs great so far and is on the road. Overall not a bad experience, just know it may take some time.

I purchased 3 four wheelers. All three showed up within 2 weeks in good condition and they All run as they should. It was a little nerve wracking and they are hard to get in contact with but it worked out. If you can't reach them at the number for power ride outlet, try calling superior motorsports or Killer Motorsports..they are all the same company. I was able to speak to someone several times once I figured this out. They were very professional. We ordered ours not fully put together and they were fairly easy to assemble.

Love Power Ride Outlet!! Shipping was on time quad was assembled and tested. Grandson loves it ,runs great.3 years later, Christie who took my call sent me a replacement part with tracking #. It was the left handed switch controller. My grandson tipped over and broke it. I was very happy to get him up and running again. The ATV was bought Dec 2013,it is still running great in 2017 with basic maintenance . Thanks PRO!

Mariah M. Two things for you to know. Scooter share common parts carburetors and brake pads. You have to look at those parts and compare them to what's available. I'm NOT saying all scooters use the same carb and brake shoes, just that there are very common ones used by many different models of scooters. Second, Google online scooter parts. Lot's of stores you can call and get advice, then order parts shipped to your door. Amazon and eBay have scooter parts, but you have to know what you want and need to order, no customer service.
I brought two bikes, 150cc Scooter and 250cc On/Off Enduro from Power Ride Outlet No issue but getting through to live person was iffy, but eventually I made contact by phone or email. The ladies who handled my sales were nice, friendly, seemed to care Once I got bikes I waited a reasonable week or two to get title. Without title you can't register it, and both my bikes I wanted to licence for street. For Off Road only you don't have to worry about that. My state accepted the documents and issued registration and titles. The products are China made products thst cost $5000 less than Japan branded products. They are OK, but eith little manufacture support, except your own hands, tools, skill and ability to research issues. There are forums and folks who can help you. Most use the GY6 engine, very generic. If you are a helpless mechanic, get a NAME brand product, with dealer network near you. However you will spend many $1000's more for a use product. PRO was good for me.
Don't buy if you plan on returning. I say that, you can return it under warranty, but you will be out return shipping. You can always sell it. However plan on losing some money if that's your outcome. These things are very inexpensive and of quality: you shouldn't have any big issue.
