I been in this apartment since April 28 when I first move in this apartment it had roaches and I stuff have not been done right I feel like I’m in hell they say they will fix everything but it’s been two months and a Half I don’t think I will ever move back over here to much stuff is going on here

I went in for a tour and although everyone seems like nice people they weren’t prepared for my tour time and I didn’t get a code to the front gate so I had to park across the street and then come in , got the code, then went back to my car to drive in. The parking lost is FULL of pot holes. Like a ridiculous amount. You will be playing Mario kart in the parking lot. The apartments have a basement feel because the ceiling is a bit low. It’s not too too bad other than that just a little run down .

I really pray I move 🙏 get everything I need nd owe to turn in to office so I can leave. The traffic so bad in this apartment. No point of complaining to the front office. I cant even sit outside for a little bit with my daughter I might have to pull her out school for it. They literally stand right in front of my door and look at me crazy when I tell them turn they music down 3 and 4 o'clock in morning. It truly sad. That me and my daughter can't get no fresh air.

Mrs Davis has done a great job coordinating with myself and my crew to ensure the work is being done as smoothly as possible, she has also been most helpful with invoices and payout. Great job keep up the good work.
