I lived here for 2 years in 7009 apt 111 & it was barley good. It was only convenient for me & my family because Shrewsbury Metrolink station was right up the trail. They would hardly fix anything but always wanted my money. There were tons of problems wrong with this apartment before I moved in. I did not see the place until I moved in which was March of 2020. I didn't have any cabinet handles, my bathroom door did not have a doorknob for about 2 weeks after I moved in, they had to tear up my kitchen counter top sink because of leaking problems & they did a horrible job with fixing it after they were done. It was mildew on my bathroom ceiling twice, & all they would do is paint over it. I just moved out on april 14 2022 & I saw on their website that the apartment would be ready on april 29,that apartment will not ready in just that little time, & they also raised the rent to $800 a month when I was only paying $623 a month & that is a one bedroom. That apartment is not good enough for the rent to be that much. I just wanna stop someone from making the same mistake I did.

Stay away at all costs. Had to call the cops twice. Loud neighbors most nights til 2:30am. Car break ins and vandalism in the parking lot, fights in the parking lot, suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot at night. Terrible staff (maintenance guy was cool though), lost/stolen packages. You'll most likely need your own AC unit because their heat/cool units are real bad. Absolutely one of the worst complexes i've ever lived in. STAY AWAY!!

Don't let the nice location full you. It's not the residence that's the issues, it's the application in-take team. Alysha in the office is there to smile and tell you what you want to hear so she can get your $$. She makes you believe that you have the apartment even after you tell her about credit problems you may have or any other issues. She told me that they are happy to have me , then as soon as she got my $50 non refundable and denied me for the credit score that she knew that I wouldn't get approved for, her demeanor changed to cold as ice. They knew I was struggling, living out of motels but all they care about is getting $50 bucks from people that need every penny. I have a place in Shrewsbury and I love it. They truly worked with me and there was no application fee. Good luck dealing with those scammers.

The place is kind of cute and the staff is very nice. But there’s all sort of small problems. Stuff like cracks in the tile in the bathroom and there being two different colors of paint on the same wall. But by far my biggest issue is the terrible air conditioning set up. There’s only one in my apartment and it’s in the living room. Which means my bedroom stays at about 80 degrees throughout the summer and it’s very hard to sleep like that.
