I’ve lived here for almost a year and am loving it. The staff is super friendly. The apartments are beautiful. Maintenance responds quickly. Management puts on a ton of events to help you get to know your neighbors. Highly recommend

Just moved in and love it so far! The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We are extremely happy with our choice in apartments! I’ve lived at Citizen Park for a little over a year and can honestly say it’s the best place to live in the CWE. I’ve lived in and visited other buildings in the area and Citizen Park surpasses them all. Here, you will be steps away from Forest Park, near all the best restaurants, the building is very nice and always kept clean, the amenities are amazing, the staff is incredible, and the community aspect you will get in this building is bar none. I highly recommend Citizen Park for anyone looking for a nice, homey, and safe place to live in the CWE.
