Gwen is the most worse management they have had. She is lazy and doesn’t do her job at all when it comes to the tenants. All she is worried about is doing work that her bosses tell her to do. We are left on the back end so much here with this property. They will leave you needing appliances for months and maintenance doesn’t do any work here at all really. When they do work it is always something that they have to come and re fix or they just don’t show up. You call over to the office for maintenance help and they are clueless as to when you will get any help. They want the rent but leave the tenants on the back burner. Currently doing apartments but can’t take care of the needs of the ones that’s been here. Gwen is never available and I have no clue what her assistant does. Mailbox be full because they don’t listen or care about messages. It’s beyond horrible how they do their tenants. Things have went downhill tremendously since Gwen has been here. They need to do more than upgrade apartments we need a whole new office change with management and maintenance

I wish I could give them negative 5 stars from corporate over at vatterott to the leasing office to maintenance all of them or lost they all act confused when you tell them about your problems corporate don’t answer the phone or return phone calls the leasing office or forgetful and don’t care about the people that they’re leasing to only thing that they care about is rent the maintenance people or confused and bandage up things instead of fixing them this place is trash I wouldn’t tell anybody that I love to move in anything that have Vatterott or Etzel place name on it this place is trash they need a whole new staff from top to bottom

I love Etzel Place, I have been a resident for 4 years now. The property manger Ms.Gwen is very professional, humbled and understanding. In my opinion she is the best property manager there has been. I truly appreciate her professionalism.
