Vanguard Heights is a phenomenal place to live! We spent a year there, and had friends and family over on various occasions to enjoy all the wonderful amenities. The management staff take a high interest in their residents' happiness, and will take the time to listen to realistic concerns. Natasha is a great manager as well. She helped provide things that were promised to us by previous management during our apartment tour, as well as polled current residents to see what mixer activities everyone would be interested in. Wine-down Wednesdays come back due to that, which was great! The apartments themselves are very clean, modern, and comfortable. Neighbors are respectful, and rules / expectations are clearly laid out to everyone in common areas and via email. Maintenance is terrific; about six months ago the first maintenance employee was replaced by Aaron who is very helpful and quick.The atmosphere at Vanguard Heights is definitely up-scale, so give respect to get it, and use the amenities whenever you can to have the most fun!

Living at Vanguard Heights has been a truly phenomenal experience. The amenities are amazing and accessible- I especially love our gym including our yoga/fitness studio, and our beautiful relaxing pool. Being a resident at Vanguard Heights is also really convenient! I looked at several apartments before deciding on Vanguard Heights, and it was no competition. The parking situation here is great and unmatched in STL. There are always spots and I am always close to home with our attached covered garage- never having to go outside is a huge bonus. Also, the location is fantastic, so close to the major amenities (Target, Costco) with groceries and Walgreens in walking distance. I love walking with friends to California Pizza Kitchen. The area is extremely safe. Most of all, I love the staff at Vanguard Heights. Natasha has made absolutely everything happen for me- from a very smooth move in experience to helping to coordinate deliveries, etc. Also the amazing staff here coordinates frequent events like Wine Wednesday’s and yoga events and high quality free brunch.

I love this property and the staff! I went in yesterday after a long week of apartment searching and all of the staff welcomed me with open arms. I knew when I left my apartment tour that Vanguard Heights would be my new home. All of the staff were so kind and helpful. They answered every question I had. The staff treated the residence and other potential future residents that walked in to see the property so kind. I noticed instantly how kind they were to everyone and how they took the time to educate and accommodate everyone including myself. The property is so beautiful and located in walking distance or driving to everything you could possible need. I'm so happy to call Vanguard Heights my new home!

We met with Julie and she showed us the different floor plans and what Vanguard Heights will have to offer. Julie was extremely professional, easy going and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. The floor plans are very spacious and open which we love! The details they put into designing these apartments are absolutely gorgeous! Through the process of applying Julie has been absolutely amazing and not to mention they are one of the most pet friendly luxury apartment complex I have ever came across which is very important to us as we have two dogs. We can not wait to move in and be apart of such a fun, positive, luxury community!
