Very nice hotel as far as appearance. However the cleanliness is NOT up to par. We saw a few rats and someone reported a roach in their room. All beds were not comfortable, and room sheets and towels were not 100% clean. The escalators and elevators kept malfunctioning, cause many of the guest to become injured. One was rushed to the hospital and has 24 stitches. The hotel was rated a 2 because the staff is friendly, but really wouldn't recommend the hotel, especially if you have a large group. You are better off staying at another hotel in the area. Parking is also very expensive along with staying in the hotel. You are paying for an unclean, understaffing, pest infested hotel. Prayerfully, they do a lot better in the future, but only go here if it's your resort!

Overall was decent, nothing wrong during our stay. Staff was all friendly and sweet. Parking and breakfast are not free/included, they’ll charge the parking fee from the security deposit after your stay is over. We tried ordering room service and was told it was unavailable. We also asked about the pool hours but it was closed due to construction. Downfall was just the pool and service wasn’t available and as well as the parking and breakfast. Felt like there’s not much to offer for the hotel price I paid compared to other hotels I had’ve stayed before.

Good room at a great price. It was a little noisy as we were there with some student groups. I also wish they’d provide housekeeping services daily, but those days may be long gone due to Covid. No real complaints though. I’d definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing views and staff. Price is very competitive. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I only stayed one night, I checked in around 5pm and left at 8 the next morning, so because of my time restraints I chose not to go directly to staff to see if they could make things right. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The sink had hair from a previous shave, and I had a towel that didn't seem clean either. We had a chaise in the room, but it had some stains on it. I am hoping this was just a fluke, because I would love to stay again. They also charge $17 for breakfast, but we left early to grab breakfast elsewhere. If it were for the disappointment with cleanliness, this would have been an easy 5 star review.

Hilton love this place ❤
The management gives lip service and doesn't appreciate the customer
I don't believe there's another hotel within a few miles of the Hilton.
Pentagon City. They have a shuttle the will drop you off there every 30 minutes.
The closest free parking is on N Rosser Street. Take a left at Echols Drive and it will be the first right.
We got the vouchers with our room stay which only added about $10-12 for the breakfast to be included for two. The waitress still gives you the bill and ours was $30 for two but the vouchers covers the whole bill. It was an excellent purchase to include it with the room. There was plenty of options for breakfast and a nice hotel. Hope you enjoy your stay!
Not when i was there a week ago
