I love everything about this spot - strong drinks, pirate theme, "speakeasy" vibe. Walking in here feels like traveling to a different world from the Hayes Valley streets outside. The interior reminds me of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Disney World. (Minus the animation pirates)

Needed chairs and a cocktail table for a last minute event. Ace had what I needed the same day. They were quick with the paperwork and had me on my way to the party. Great service.

Horrible Customer Service. I've never rented party equipment and called to inquire and the receptionist was rude, and abrupt. It was clear she didn't want the business or to be bothered. Party rental companies aren't hard to come by. Work on first impressions, they're lasting.

We used Ace for our wedding anniversary and some other events since. Couldn't be happier. Silvia in the office was very helpful and friendly showing us all the options. The tent and other equipment looked good and their pricing is very competitive. The delivery guys knew what they were doing and did a great job with the set up. We will keep using them and recommend them for anyone looking for good value and service.
