The front desk ladies really need some training. Some of them are Unprofessional. Ordering lunch or personal calls as customers are waiting to be checked in. All other aspects are great. The therapists are tremendous. Dr Park is a fantastic Dr.

The doctors and the nurses are awesome but the front desk girls are just rude and very unpleasant. Over the last 3 visits, all 3 encounters have been very “memorable” where if I had a choice, i would rather not come here

To be clear, I am not reviewing the surgery department which has been PHENOMENAL. ➡️ I am reviewing the physical therapy department! I had ankle ligament reconstruction surgery with the amazing Dr. Park who uses same reception area so I figured it would be easiest to use the PT center that is in the same building. I spoke up from the second that I stepped in there about being timid starting PT after my ankle surgery so I was hoping to be treated with some sensitivity. But during my first appointment with my PT he told me that my anxiety was giving him anxiety 😑 thankfully he respected my physical limitations so I let it slide. For all of my next appointments the routine was to throw me on the bike for 6 minutes and then I would see the PTA for about 20 minutes before being passed between a handful of aids for the rest of the session. They also make a routine of doing electrodes under ice at the end of each session which I didn’t personally enjoy but if that’s your thing then they definitely provide that service 😅 My first weight bearing day on my foot was during my fourth appointment (barely 2 weeks after starting PT) they decided that I should start putting weight in my foot starting with half of my body weight. She had me go straight for 70 pounds in my foot and had me hold it off and on for 3 minutes. In the moment I was trying to be a good sport and trust my PTA but that night and the next two days I was in tears from the pain caused by pushing myself way too hard. 5 days after I could barely move my ankle without pain like I had been doing before the weight bearing day. I called the office and begged for a new PTA (out of fear of being pushed too hard again) and the office staff rearranged all of my appointments to accommodate that! I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to do that and I appreciated the office staff very much through all of this. This review would be one star if not for the office staffs constant accommodations. My next PTA was perfect and I loved her so much. She was compassionate and effective and definitely helped my anxiety so I know good people do work here. But then following that appointment (todays session) I was with the most rude, harsh and pushy PTA I had ever met! She kept telling me how weak my foot was and how I’m not doing enough at home even after I explained to her that I had not been previously instructed any specific routines for me to do at home. She was constantly asking me why I am giving up during each workout and why I’m not trying when I was pushing myself harder with her than I had with any other person in the past. Between the verbal abuse and her hands physically pulling and pushing my foot past my point of tolerance, the whole experience was way more than I could handle. When I called the front desk to see if anyone a little more sensitive would be available to continue my PT (I begged for the one good lady I had) they said that my last person was the only one with openings (not surprised) I felt so bad asking the front desk to cancel all 2 months of appointments that they desperately scrambled together for me. What a waste of time for everyone. A little bit of compassion could have gone a long way here but I don’t think this place has any more to spare 😓 they really put me in a bad spot having to look for a new physical therapist office so far in my recovery. I don’t recommend even starting your PT here unless you have absolutely no choice.

I have seen two doctors here. The first one seemed a bit cavalier about my problem and I felt like I was being discriminated due to age. This doctor's MA was an absolute b____! She definitely had no tolerance for an older patient. I wanted to complain to the front desk but thought it would make no difference. The second doctor I saw was very nice, listened carefully to my issue and recommended a solution. I would not recommend their physical therapy department at all! Their front desk doesn't acknowledge your presence; then you see the physical therapist for 3 minutes and they pass you off to an aide.
