I definitely do not recommend purchasing a used truck from Penske Used Truck Sales in Torrance. My company purchased a 2016 Freightliner in February and was promised in writing that multiple different issues would be fixed, prior to taking possession, which took almost one month. These issues included most importantly some major rust issues throughout the frame and other areas. When I went to take possession of the truck, absolutely none of those problems were fix. So I refused to take possession of the truck until these issues were resolved. Well almost one month later I went to take possession of the truck and it still has multiple issues wrong with the truck. Basically all Penske did was paint over the existing rust. The associates at Penske will not respond to my emails and/or calls the majority of times and are not helpful or professional. Once again, I would not advise anyone to purchase a used truck at Penske Truck Sales in Torrance.
