Never trust Honda or atleast not the Gwinnett Place Honda. Not only did I buy my car there, new, but I also went to Gwinnett Place Honda for years, I did all my maintenance with them, mind you I live half aaway was done on time, all the maintenance was done as recommended by the Honda dealership, everything they said we had to do, we did. I spent $1000’s of dollars to take care of my vehicle and make sure something like this would never happen. I paid their ridiculous high prices to have my care maintenance specifically ONLY at the Gwinnett Place Honda. So what happened was my transmission went out exactly 7days after I paid to the dealership $170 for the transmission oil maintenance, so I had it towed back to the dealership. The tow truck left it at the dealership but they didn’t even bother looking for my vehicle for 2 days. After it was found they went to us to pay a tow truck to have it moved from the collision center (their collision center) to the service department. That they would NOT go next door to get it or look at it. They wanted me to pay $164 just to scan it so they could tell me what’s wrong with it. Afterwards they connect the scanner and STILL can’t tell me what’s wrong with the transmission but that I need to pay $4000 out of pocket to get it replaced. After all the money I spent on my car and at Gwinnett Place Honda this was a tremendous let down after having kept up with the maintenance for so long. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend a Honda to anyone, and especially DO NOT go to Gwinnett Place Honda, your money their will NOT be well spent. I will be leaving Honda now and going to Toyota because if this were to happen to them, they would respond for the transmission unlike Honda.

April 2nd we purchased a 2022 MDX Type S Advanced. It cost around 75k before taxes. We drove it for 40 days and 888 miles before the front left strut broke. After working with the local dealership to have the vehicle towed there Honda has failed to supply the part. They claim it is on back order, yet, they are able to make new vehicles. After working with their corporate case manager she has done nothing for me but apologize. She hasn’t offered any help at all. At this point our brand new vehicle with 888 miles on the odometer has been with Acura for 32 days. They will likely have the car longer than we have and I am sitting here making payments on a car I don’t have. Unless Honda steps up and takes responsibility for this issue I will never own another Honda product and I will be sure to make a post or comment weekly about my experience. DO NOT BUY A HONDA OR ACURA! They do not stand behind their product!

We thought we made a smart choice in picking a Honda. Boy we were wrong! Our daughter had an accident on 12/23/21 and the car is still in the shop. No ETA on parts with just a big run around on if it will ever get done. We are now paying on a car as well as a rental and insurance with no date of repair. Poor help, poor service and horrible experience.

Can't get six cheap bolts to a dealer in a reasonable time frame to secure a skidplate on a Pioneer side by side they messed up at the factory and my vehicle has been sitting at the dealership half the time I've owned it now which is about a month. Love making payments on vehicles I can't use. This shouldn't have taken more than a few days max. Will never trust them with a serious issue. Buy another brand! I will never buy another Honda.

He's right Billy. This is the corporate headquarters.
Hello Roderick Sorry but American Honda has not had these binders for over 20 years. I'm afraid you'll have to make do with what the stationary supply stores have.

The middle seats cannot fold flat because the gas tank is there in the middle. The backseats fold flat.
Yes, but the main design offices and studios are in a separate adjacent facility, 1900 Harpers Way, Torrance, CA 90501. Most engineering development occurs at Honda R & D Americas Ohio in Raymond, Ohio or in Japan.
I agree. I believe you should seek advice from the Jaguar service department / parts department or someone who is an expert with Jaguars.
