Worst experience ever! Be aware; they'll ask you to turn the engine on prior to showing you the oil level measuring stick which my friend didn't do and demanded to see it the oil prior to turning the engine on. She had to insist and when they finally did; the oil was black. They never drained the oil completely and said it was because of the previews oil which made no sense (unless they didn't drained the previous oil of course) specially if the car had not even been turned on. At last my friend refuse to drive with the oil asked the manager to change it again, this time they opened the oil Infront of her and when it was shown on the measuring stick the oil look as it should (clean). Manager apologized; but that doesn't not take away them doing people wrong. Don't trust this place. Be aware!

The terrible thing about this Valvoline is you are basically stuck because of the drive in entrance. They dont communicate if there is a delay due to a car in front of you or anything. You can be stuck for an hour or more because of 1 car. Cars will come here for maintenance that should be done at an actual auto shop, so its a roll of the dice if you get trapped behind a car needing a ton of work.

Wow, I'm so impressed with everything about this Valvoline! Every single person was so friendly and accommodating, which is very rare these days. We were in and out in no time and didn't even have to leave our vehicle. They showed us what needed to be replaced so there was no funny business. I will definitely be coming back here for all my oil changes and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was pulling into this narrow driveway at 6:40pm after a hard, hot, stressful day at work and as I was already halfway in an employee named Earl decided he was going to place a cone in front of my truck and waved his finger at me saying no more vehicles and that they were closed making me back out. It is my understanding that company policy is to take vehicles up to 7pm. I felt that was very disrespectful because of the fact that I was already in. I can understand if it was already 7pm or if I wasn't already pulled in. Having to back out and it being 20 minutes till 7pm is what upset me the most. My company has a fleet account here with almost 20 vehicles as well as my 4 personal family vehicles I bring in. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
