A formal complaint has been filed against this facility for hostile work environment, threats of safety and well-being during work hours, and emotional distress. Not only is the director of facilities extremely racist but they treat their members like trash. The HR let's her senior staff rum around like they own the place and not the members. I will never recommend to my grandparents or parents.

They treat their employees like second class citizens. Director of facilities is extremely racist. Not only have members died here due to the dangerous living conditions but this place is extremely over priced. A formal complaint has been filed with the NC employment bureau for violations against workers.

Nice senior gated community, nice club house activities also long term care facility is in the community, exceptional !

This place fires a lady for a failed drug test. Everyone on God's Earth knows that a hair test is way more accurate than a urine test. The lady passed not one but two of those. This place should have been required to have two failed tests before they took job action. Please go elsewhere. These people will treat your family the same way.
