Inexpensive motel which more than met my needs clean, quiet, pet friendly. What else could I want? For the price, I'm hard pressed to complain. Minor deterioration noted. Nothing that ruined. My night bed was comfortable sheets for clean. No complaints with the bathroom. Definitely worth spending the night here. Plenty of room to walk the dogs. Several empty parking lots in grassy areas

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This hotel is literally on the wrong side of the tracks. It is mostly for transients. We had a smoke-free room; however, as soon as we entered it, my husband began having chest pains (he has heart and lung problems), and I started choking. Fortunately, the manager refunded our money.

After looking at several hotels that were out of our current price range on vacation we came across the Royal inn at $65. Not being from the area of course something that's cheap seems a little suspect sometimes and we wondered what we were going to be getting into. But when we got there we were pleasantly surprised that the room was completely clean, and the service from both the night manager and the owner the next day was fantastic. To the owner we spoke to right before leaving: thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one we appreciate all your help and wish you success with your hotel ownership!
