Disappointed. This could be something really special if only it was clean. Even our room was so cute ...but just filthy. Hair in sink..TV had god only knows what on it...chair was stained...it was bad. It's just a shame because this really is a beautiful and large hotel...but just so dirty. Night manager was very short with me and even cut me off while I was talking when checking in...until she saw we were diamond members with over 100 stays this year alone. Then she was super kind. Shame on Hilton for allowing this hotel to be this way. I expect better.

Always a nice experience here - very kind staff, rooms are clean and the restaurant has a good breakfast and the dinner is always quick and good !
