ZERO STARS! DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! I ignored the reviews about this place because I just had to see for myself. Wrong decision! This place is a joke and they do not care about their tenants. I haven't had hot water since August and there is a rat infestation as well. They are not trying to compensate for rent and they have not come out to fix the problem! I have emailed and emailed and still nothing. Now I have to take matters into my own hands and report them to HUD and Forestville Code Enforcement! Every since the beginning there has been issues after issues. At the point I am done being nice. Save yourself the trouble and find some where else!

I have been a Resident here for 6 years its been increasingly going down hill. I have had several maintenance request which have yet to be completed when you call they tell you they are short staff. I understand delays by a few days but weeks are unacceptable. I was also told due to my tenure here I would either have my carpet replaced or deep cleaned now I have been told that this is not something that they do after being strung a long for weeks waiting on a response as they were “looking into it”. In addition I have seen an increasing number of mice, I will say they do have pest control come out but that is the only thing consistent about this place. Stay away from this property! Don’t waste your time. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The staff is rude and not helpful. They gave me an apartment with multiple health and security hazards on move in. They refused to show me the apartment prior to moving in and went the keys were given it was a mess! Mold, fungus, water damage, broken in door and more. I have reported them to multiple governments agencies for breaking so many housing security and health laws.
