I had CSI build a version of "The Shack" to house my massage business and I couldn't be happier. I knew that I wanted a local company and it was great that CSI was located right in town (I"m in Cambridge). From start to finish, they were a joy to work with. Kim helped me create a design that I am absolutely in love with as are my clients. Every concern or question that I had was answered in a timely fashion. After the building was installed (a surprisingly quick process that was afternoon entertainment for my two sons), there was a minor issue with doors not staying closed. Within hours of mentioning this to Kim the issue was resolved with a simple fix. The end result of my experience is a beautiful building that I am absolutely in love which has led to increased business for my massage practice.
