Cedar Knoll Homes at Honeycroft Village 55+

We moved to Honeycroft Village from another Cedar Knoll-built home (in a Beiler-Campbell Development) because we knew the QUALITY would be evident! It was time to "right size" and we didn't need the large yard anymore. So, we toured the model homes at Honeycroft, made our selection, chose the lot we desired, worked with personnel in the Design Center, and waited eagerly while our home was completed. We have lived here for 4 years now and feel we are in a wonderfully friendly and active community! Although there are other 55+ developments in the area, there is no doubt in my mind that Honeycroft's homes and Clubhouse facilities are superior. It should be evident when you walk through a model home that the design elements reflect the time and attention given not only to the model but to YOU, the buyer. We were so excited to build our 55+ home that we added a sunroom, a screened porch, and a small deck. But there are so many options to choose from that you cannot go wrong. I neglected to mention the sales team: Elin and Lisa are amazing. Actually, everyone who works at Beiler-Campbell is pretty awesome. I recommend you do what we did. Drive out and tour the model homes; meet with Elin or Lisa and gather pertinent information. Then, drive through the neighborhood and speak with some of the residents. I think you will find a great group of professional people, many of whom are now retired, living the fine life at Honeycroft Village Community!

We've been in Honeycroft Village since September 2014. We are very, very happy with our community, our many friends, and our house. Construction of homes is very good, and Cedar Knoll and its owners have always stepped up to keep it top quality in terms of beauty, safety, and peacefulness. Sunsets are fantastic, with such a beautiful and complete view of the sky!
