Good luck scheduling an appointment with Dr Bier. You call the main line, they refer you to the portal or another line that when prompted “to reach Dr Bier from North Dartmouth..” brings you right back to the main line and “we don’t do her scheduling” It truly is maddening. I need an appointment and have tried 3 weeks to do so with no help!

It is impossible to reach the actual office! location. The wait times are awful and often times the call hangs up before you get a person to talk to. Then there’s also the option to leave your name and phone number and someone will return your call which never happens either. At least not for us. Please work on this issue.

On my visit today, Dr. Adil attended me. She was very attentive and explained very well what her plan was for my son. Also the staff was very friendly.

I've been taking my son to see Dr Emily Barsky at Boston Children's @ North Dartmouth. She is terrible. She has NO Bedside manner. Completely rude. I called and left a message with staff for her to return my call regarding new medication she prescribed during his last visit, when she finally returned my called 1 week later, she was very short and sounded annoyed that she was having to make this phone call. REALLY! You don't have time for your patients outside of the office to make a quick phone call (what,because there is no co-pay involved)! I guess her Harvard education did not teach her how to build a rapport with your patients.
