Had a wonderful time with the family tonight! Very friendly waitress, she had a great attitude and great service even though we know they’re short staffed. Our sons had a great time and loved the burgers, pizza , seafood and bottled flavored sodas! My youngest said he wants to work there! 😊. Thanks for the lovely night, great attitude when you must be exhausted and delicious food!

My fiancé & I travel for work and love to stop at new places to try. As Maine natives we were excited to stop here and try this, we were hoping to try the new Blue Hill location but it was closed. If we could rate this a zero, we would. This was hands down one of the worst experiences we've had. We were quickly seated (which was the only good thing), 21 minutes later we were greeted by our Waitress who was very soft spoken, and she did not introduce herself. We ordered our drinks, which she never brought over. We then ordered our meal and she did not write anything down, then had to proceed to come ask us details about our order again- and my food still came out wrong. We both ordered burgers, medium well. It took us 1 hour and 41 minutes to get our food, with no interaction from the Waitress the entire time. Once we received our food, our Waitress disappeared and we did not see her again. Our burgers were raw, completely rare. We payed the bill right when food was dropped off and we left after not being able to consume our meal. We don't mind paying for good food and service but $40 for 2 horrible burgers & horrible service is a bit much. Absolutely will never try again nor will we recommend to anyone.

I've been to Blaze three times now and each time it has been a delicious experience. The food is nothing short of artisan, and cooked perfectly. The rotating menu keeps things interesting and I've had different meals each time, which have been amazing each time. It's a place well worth it's price tag.

Blaze brunch was delicious; I recommend arriving hungry! Some friends who live local recommended Blaze, so we met there for Sunday brunch. Friendly staff seated us and quickly provided drinks. Our food also arrived shortly after ordering. Generous portions kept me full all day! I had the buttermilk chicken breakfast sandwich--the house-made biscuits had a subtle maple flavor and the boneless chicken was crisp and golden. Others at my table enjoyed colossal slices of french toast, biscuits and gravy, a breakfast burrito, and a Blaze skillet. All were pleased with their selections. My 'thanks' to the Blaze staff for a tasty Maine send-off as we continued our road trip!

You have to wear a mask while walking in, out and around the restaurant. You can remove it while you are at your table and eating. The waiters wear face shields and there are plastic barriers up around the bar. Plus they have limited their seating to comply with social distancing.
They change their menu constantly so the online menu that they have is most likely wrong.
