First time at an Applebee's in over 15 years. Loved it! Food was very good, seasoned fries were awesome great flavor, waiter was on the ball, very friendly. Hostess/ host was not present for close to 10 minutes after arrival. Staff didn't even acknowledge us or let us know that someone would be right with us. We almost left. Glad we didn't but it certainly would've been reason to leave.

Service was fast, friendly and complete. No attitude or grumpy looking faces, which tend to happen these days. 😬 The ribeye steak was tender, juicy and cooked the way In ordered it!! Dessert was too darn good, are it all. Thanks guys and gals for a good meal.

Sat at the bar, where the bartender was amazing!!! 🙌 Non-stop drinks (including all of the ridiculous frozen shakes and drinks) while waiting on a constant full bar. Kudos to Michael!

Call the store manager. Be sure to get her/his name and let them know you are writing it down. If you dont get satisfaction, find the corporate number and repeat.
If you call ahead before and give us a heads up on large parties, and we can better accommodate your large party. 11-12pm and 3-5 pm are the least busy times when we are able to accommodate your large party no problem.
