Great community to live in. The commercial spaces are a bit of an eye soar but overall beautiful homes and friendly neighbors. Convenient access to Silver Comet Trail as well which is great for the kids.

They look too much like row houses in the fact that there are no mature trees really makes you wonder how high the energy bills would be.

Hello.. prices vary from the mid 200's. I don't believe there are any 1 bedrooms.. I'd suggest calling them to confirm current pricing.
