This place, not just this location, makes most of their money from ripping people off. Had to go through hell and high waters just to cancel.. and because I didn’t have the money for cancellation right at that moment, I was continuously charged each month after trying to cancel. It’s because of scams like this corporation that people are resorting to committing crimes in order to pay their dues and feed their families. During a pandemic is not the time to be charging people for a membership after they have already cancelled.

The gym is always clean! It’s a great place to work out in! It has a good mixture of women and men. Everyone is always respectful. It’s a convenient spot and best part about it is it’s not always packed!

Signed up to strengthen my hands since I suffer from tendinitis, It started to hurt more. The sign up process Jasmine was nice. Continued to go in after work and realized every late afternoon I went in, I was the only woman there. Started to feel a little uncomfortable with just men. Called back to cancel and the guy told me the women comes in at noon. I work, noon is not an option for me. And although Jasmine said I can bring a doctors note if I had to cancel, he did not want to hear that. So canceled one day after the 7th day sign up. Got charged cancellation fee. Make sure if you are a woman and you want to work out with other women, you time works with theirs, and if you are working your to correct a health issue the doctors note suggestion is a scam
