First off the line was wrapped around the building for no reason not taking orders on either side. Then I get to the window ms girl with the brown curly hair to busy talking to her friend I can’t repeat to her my order she’s trying to talk over me just so she can start talking back to him. I was telling her I had a sweet tea with my order she says “I know I’m just reading part of your order”. I get to the last window only to find out they never put a drink on my order!! Stop hiring folks who can’t do their job simple. Then the manager had a attitude I didn’t fill that application out you did they all need a reality check on customer service. Every time I come here they forget something or out of everything.

I live at least five minutes away. With all honesty almost every time now it takes about a whole hour to make it through the drive through. I ordered to get something from around the corner(this McDonald’s) and they come super late, the delivery people (5 people cancelled) because the wait was so long. I used to go here when I first moved here and the food used to be good. Now, it takes long, and when I received my food today it was cold, and I was missing some instructions given, the food looks rushed…I just hope the time gets better.

Ivana the store manager is very unprofessional and lack respect for people with disabilities and children for that matter. She proceeded to chase my father out of McDonald's with his grandchildren and "spit" towards him because he informed her not to speak badly in the presence of the kids. McDonald's have went downhill with professionalism and customer service over the years! I am not sure if the owner cares or knows the horrible individuals that work at this location but something needs to be done!
