Not good. Plenty of bare spots in the fairways and tee boxes. You can see that it once was a clever layout but the lack of maintenance is showing $50 on a Friday

Just wanted to let you know that the fairways are in terrible condition. There is a dead plan tree that should be taken down before hurricane season Seems that all they do is cut the grass.
