I’m a big fan of Europa. The place is fantastic, the food is excellent and Digna stands out in an already wonderful counter staff. So why my review has one star: today, Wednesday august 17th around 7pm I decided to visit the place. Unfortunately I left it at once after a never-seen-before member of the staff, a white-Hispanic in his late 20’s with Spaniard accent treated me in the worst arrogant way imaginable. He has an attitude. This employee needs training in the customer service department ASAP.

That's ok with the rule , It is a clean place and have hand sanitizer, social distance signs.
It is run by a family. They have many regular customers. They have great coffee. It is not that service oriented.
