It used to be a great place for after school and summer camp but lately they are very rude and mean to parents and kids

My daughter has been there since August 2021 and it seems that she enjoys the after, however I had never read the reviews and now that I read them I have to pay attention to how clean that place can be because of what they mention about the girls' bathrooms, I hope that the staff that is currently there is trained and not, as some reviews mention, that there are personnel or staff here that do not have the training to attend to this type of place that requires such delicate care, because we are simply entrusting to them the most beautiful thing that we have to be our children. My daughter is a quiet girl so I have had no problems dealing with her, Iris is in charge of that class and seems to be nice to my daughter. I'll be monitoring anyway. For now, I thank you for the service so far. I am reviewing the possibility of leaving it there for the Summer Camp of this 2022. What is really bad is that they do not answer the phone, it is very rare that they answer it.

i attended this place as an after school program for almost 8 years. in the beginning it was a great place. i had fun. then towards the end the counselors started becoming careless for the children. once i had a horrible encounter with one. i was walking with my group and i stopped for one second to check something. my counselor was being dramatic and decided to scream at me. i didn’t understand why he did so i just replied with “sorry” with the slightest bit of attitude. he then got mad AGAIN and told me i couldn’t participate in our next activity. i was obviously angry because it was dramatic. he then went and spoke to the manager and i got in huge trouble.. because i stopped for ONE second. for the few years i attended this place, i was bullied a few times over my looks, weight, voice, anything really. someone even made an ENTIRE “song” to make fun of me. the counselors knew because i told them. my parents even spoke to them. they didn’t do ANYTHING. they allowed that to happen. it also wasn’t just ONE complaint, there was several. nobody did anything about it. this place is also not well taken care of. the girls bathroom windows are ALWAYS open. sometimes the girls change in there because the stalls are either to dirty or full. the counselors they hire are barley out of high school yet, they don’t know how to take care of children.

Good sports program but to really fit in you need to have connections fairly easy to be left out if you’re not as good as the other players in the teams that play here, but a fun little league to exercise and stay in shape for kids.
