Very Very small on tiny lots for very large Prices with high Property Taxes. I would expect the current HOA fees of $250 a month to be developer subsidized at this point and will go up significantly when done. I guess when are older much much less can be more. Though the Garages are even tight, and if you have a disbaled love one could be a problem. Most are bult without basement on a slab, Not the best for NJ climate.

I love my new home at Mansfield Meadows! Brand new with lots of amenities. Beautiful scenery with sunrise from my back patio and sunset from the front lawn.
