I've been here twice in 2 weeks. Great selection of books. And prices are reasonable. But today I bought several books and spent over $60. As the lady was handing me my change and told me have a good day. I asked for a bag. And she stuffed all my books in a single plastic bag. Spend over $60 and can't even get a bag.

They Do.
Mask wearing, social distancing, one person per alcove. They do best they can, whether customers follow that is different story. But they do tell people to properly wear their mask if they're not

There is a counter at HPB and they will appraise them and possibly give you money back.
