Great variety of seasonal items and yarn. However, poorly managed with no support for the employees who need help with transaction complications. My transaction would not process today and the lovely woman trying to help me, Rose, was not sure what to do. Called for help but no one came. She had to leave us at the register for a good 10 minutes while she searched the store for the manager. The whole ordeal took about 25 minutes, resulting in the transactions hopefully being cancelled. Her coworker was able to get her credit terminal working, but would not offer to help Rose when she said hers was STILL down. Wish there was a more supportive work environment for these ladies.
