Wasting time Holding your money for a year! Lack of communication 0 customer service.. I think best-buy is going out of business All the managers that were actually able to help me, unfortunately quit!! I order a dishwasher last year and it came damaged so I exchanged it with another one because my kitchen was made already and it was a panel ready So again for the 2nd time it came damaged Waited for 2 months to return it, it was sitting in my apartment, finally they send a guy to pickup the dishwasher and instead of returning my money back they did an exchange and I specifically asked them not to! So i went 1000times to the store spoke 100times on the phone, Nobody can do anything Just transferring me to different departments giving me different phone numbers. I called my bank to make a dispute But they told me it can take up to 6months for that to be completed. Im just tired! i will Never do the same mistake again

Just buy it from somewhere else. This is the worst company EVER. I bought 7 appliances a year ago, and I am still waiting and have an open order. I have been going to the store tons of times - NOONE can help. I’ve been calling all of their customer service numbers and NOONE can help. First of all, be aware that all of their managers that were actually able to help have quit!!! Their own warehouse left an open order, they literally told me that they are not able and there is not an option for them to contact THEIR OWN warehouse and sort it out???!!! At this point I have contacted everyone working in this company and NOONE CAN HELP. Is this some kind of SCAM THAT YOU HAVE TO HOLD PEOPLES MONEY OR WHAT????!!!!! This is just beyooooond ridiculous!
