Horrible service today I’m came to ER 10:30am and is 5:40pm and I’m still in the waiting room,, tha employees are so horrible service and the staff same horrible

Really bad experience, I have an appointment at 9:08am I came early 8:45am and nock, ring the bell several tienes and also call the office and nothing, they finally open at 10:00am but went I came in for my test they mention me that it was expired at 9:00am. I feel that it was my fall because the door was close and no one was inside to open.

I was able to get in here after trying to get through my doctors office with no luck. I met w Queen and she was very helpful. They do answer phones so at least you get a person to talk with.
