For me they are not so communicative mark several kisses and they never answer kiere to know as a relative that he is hospitalized with the virus and better hangs than to give information and that is in bad taste

There is no specific job title for that function. You will need to apply as a intermediate clerk and hope the scheduling dept. calls you for an interview. You can apply by googling LACounty dhr. You will need to pay attention when they begin to hire for the intermediate clerk position.
