Just wanted to highlight the amazing customer service Laguna Koi Ponds give! This is my own personal experience from this week. I had ordered two different books from them and had gotten only one book shipped to my house because of fedex improperly shipping my book. FedEx then got the package to my house the next day and it only contained one book. I emailed and eventually talked on the phone with a friendly employee and he helped me get my AKCA Guide to Pond Construction that I was looking forward to getting. Grateful for the great service provided, will most likely buy koi related products from Laguna Koi Ponds and would recommend to others!

Laguna Koi Ponds is absolutely AMAZING!!! It is no surprise as what makes an organization outstanding is always the people which Greg, Ben, Gianni and Oscar are so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. We have been going here for now 2 years and we have truly found a Gem of a place which our future grandchildren will enjoy the beauty of the Nishikigoi “Living Jewels” and the people behind it. These guys have the best koi fish and healthyist fish I have ever seen and we're very educated about their fish and were very nice to my daughter and niece and let them feed some of the fish. They even went around and educated us more about the different types of koi fish they had definitely would suggest buying any koi fish you would want from this place.
