Beautiful parking area with a very reasonable price to park there all day $7. Plus to have a tram to take you downtown for free makes it an A plus for value.

It is free parking and shuttle service is free too. Shuttle service is very frequent and dropped us at the Sawdust festival which became very convenient.

They need more trees! Overall a good place to park to go to the Laguna Art Festival and Downtown Laguna Beach.
