This store needs more employees. The phone is usually busy or get put on hold for long periods. The walk in waiting time is terrible. This town needs another parts store or napa needs to better structure there business.

Very helpful staff. Car needed a jump, so i called the store to see if they had emergency portable jumpers. The staff member who answered the phone actually used his own car, and came and gave me a jump. Really saved me in a pinch!

Traveling through to WA coast, found we needed an item for the RV. Stopped at lumber/hardware supply, then Tru Value hardware......No luck. Was going to give up but saw the NAPA Auto Parts. Walked in, staff was fun, friendly, & helpful. Had exactly what I needed. also picked up some DEF for truck. I highly recommend this place

Young lady went in to buy a battery over 90 miles from home, not able to barely carry it. Begged the person working to help her install it. No, we can't do that any more. It's a liability. You mean to tell me not one of you guys working couldn't clock out to take 5 min to install a battery in a van? What kind of "men"are you? NAPA will never see a dollar from me anywhere again. By the way, she's now broke down along the highway. Good job guys. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
