I’ve been to this shop a few times to service my bike and every time, they do a great job. Today, I got pretty serious flat while riding on Laguna Canyon Rd. I patched it up well enough to ride to the shop, but the back tire was in wretched shape and needed to be replaced. They replaced it within a few hours despite having a full schedule. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

I rented a bike here for a day, was a perfect experience. Will definitely rent from here again when I'm in the area. Terry took care of my rental bike, and it was fun to chat with him while he set it up. He also gave me some good tips for riding around the area, and hooked me up with a water bottle when my ride ditched me and I had to cycle back to where I was staying.

Took a 1962 Schwinn Stingray in for service and tire changes. Brett was extremely cordial as we tripped down memory lane, remembering our youthful experiences with our old Schwinn's. He was very professional as he looked the bike over and made recommendations. No fluff or questionable recommendations. Originally was going to be a three day turnaround, but got a call the next day that the bike was done. All work completed as advertised with no surprises. Personable and competent. Highly recommended.

Torn shoulders, herniated back, and lots of other issues. My analog bike was great, but I was tearing up my knees and hamstrings trying to get 3 rides in a week. Patrick turned me onto an e bike, and now I burn 10,000 kal a week riding nearly 100 miles a week. I need a pit crew that keeps me rolling, and that is what I get at Laguna Cyclery. The team gets it done fast, finds the parts in a difficult time to do that, and makes sure I am riding when other shops make me wait. This place is for people that want to ride, and need to ride. This is more than a job for them, and more than a hobby for me. I love Laguna cyclery. They keep me riding, and that keeps me sane.
