It has the best parking lot that never completely fills up. It's usually pretty clean. It's hard to get a seat on the SF Airport trains, but it's the first stop for the Millbrae trains, which means you can take your pick from a completely empty train. There's also a lot of bike lockers. Some of the fare gates don't always open all the way, and the escalator is often out of service for repair, but for BART, this is about as good as it gets.

Cleanest Bart station around. Huge parking lot. Attendants are always helpful and friendly.

Nope, nothing like that on side of Concord.
I'm not on site to see it, but the lot almost never fills up completely. If it is completely filled you can try going to the Concord BART station and parking in one of the garages near Todos Santos Plaza. It's about a 5 block walk, but at least it's free. Good luck!
