This pharmacy is awful. It’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone, even if you follow their menu and wait while the phone rings endlessly. I have been blatantly hung up on after calling repeatedly. As in, they don’t even put you on hold. They just hang up every time you call. It’s the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen from a business.

The Pharmacists and Staff are responsive, competent And helpful. Seldom to I have to wait very long.

A manager or owner needs to follow up with this employee directly. On top of the worst customer care I received at the pharmacy, I witnessed Louis, the pharmacist, directly threaten another pharmacy employee, Renee, while being rung up for my prescription. He yelled at her for a potential mix up and quote “if you do that again I will put you up against a wall and shoot you myself”. Patti, the woman putting my prescription together just gave me a look as if this was just another day at the office. Then, when Renee came to help ring me up, she grabbed a different medication and Louis yelled “NO, IT’S THE BIRTH CONTROL!!” In front of the entire line. Then, from me standing at the counter, to him standing over where they put meds together, he proceeds to ask me if I have used the medication before or if he needs to go into a long drawn out spiel. I say no I’m good. He yells, “You take the blue ones and then you have a good bleed, yeah???” Omg. This guy needs to be checked. Rite Aid, please follow up with this person directly.

Most staff in this store hate you coming in. You can tell nobody here cares about Or wants their job. This place is the worst store in town. Slow service. Out of stock of half of everything. Random hours. Way too hot, to the point buying something like candy here is a major risk as it will have melted multiple times on the shelf inside the package. Don’t listen to all the replies by the ‘store owner’ trying to look like they care. I’ve had major issues in this store and contacted the provided numbers and emails and specifically requested to be called back and spoken to over what happened. Never got a call. Never got an email. Completely ignored by Rite Aid. I used to LOVE this location. Now I won’t step foot in it unless I have no other choice. Gas’s attendant’s at Shell are more excited to see you than this store is. Please spend your money elsewhere. This location needs shut down. The faster the better.
